COOLPad® is especially suitable for applications with low clamping forces between the heat generating component and the heat dissipation surface. ThermalTAPE® is a thermally conductive double sided adhesive tape with a very high mechanical strength and good thermal transfer performance. It is made from a fiber glass base combined to ceramic nanoparticles. ThermalTAPE® uses an acrylic PSA Adhesive with superior adhesion properties and can be used on a wide variety of substrates such as aluminum, Plastics, PMMA, etc. The COOLPhase® series is made up of non-silicone high-performance polymer matrix materials that have exceptional wettability, reducing the thermal contact resistance between heat-generating and heat-dissipating surfaces.
