After submitting the RMA request, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible with all the details for returning the RMA. Please note the RMA number on the return package and send it to us within two weeks. If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack them securely and protectively. Please refrain from sending goods to us without prior request. This can lead to delays in the process, as the goods cannot be clearly assigned.
