Southchip's PD-EPR 240W demo includes two high-voltage DC-DC SC8708Q and one protocol controller SC2006Q. SC8708Q is a buck-boost controller that supports input and output voltages up to 80V, features flexible I2C configuration, integrated ADC functionality, various protections, and supports frequency dithering to optimize EMI. SC2006Q is a protocol controller that integrates an ARM Cortex-M0 core, 128KB Flash, and supports dual-channel protocol control.

SC77010 device is a single channel smart controller for high-side power FETs. It could be used in 12V, 24V and 48V automotive applications. Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control of the load with external FETs. The IC could be interfaced to a host microcontroller through a 3.3V and 5V CMOS-compatible SPI interface or be controlled directed by IO pins in limp home mode.

SC77450CQ is an automotive grade, fully protected 4 channel smart high side driver. Each channel offers full diagnostics and high accuracy current sensing, enabling intelligent load control even in harsh conditions. It integrates four 50mΩ MOSFETs in a compact package, with advanced protections including overload and over temperature shutdowns, thermal latch off, etc.

SC6208Q is a high-efficiency, five-output PMIC with ASIL B for safety applications and windowed watchdog.

OUT1 is a synchronous step-down converter that converts vehicle battery voltage from 2.5V to 5V at up to 3A. OUT2 and OUT4 are low-voltage synchronous step-down converters which operate from OUT1 and provide a 0.5V to 3.6875V output voltage range at up to 3A. OUT3 is a low-voltage synchronous step-down converter which operate from OUT1 and provide a 0.5V to 3.6875V output voltage range at up to 2A. OUT5 is a low noise high PSRR LDO operate from OUT1 and provide a 1.8V to 3.3V output voltage range at up to 400mA. OUT5 can also be configured as load switch mode by OTP. 

All outputs achieve ±1% output error over load, line, and temperature range.

SC89620 is a 1.5MHz highly integrated switch-mode buck charger for 1 cell Li-ion battery applications and NVDC system power path management.

SC77870Q is a H-bridge motor driver with integrated current sense and diagnostics. It could be widely used in 12V automotive applications.
The IC could be configured either as a single full bridge driver or as two independent half-bridge drivers. The FETs are integrated together with the driver as a monolithic solution. The IC could be interfaced to a host microcontroller through a 3.3V and 5V CMOS-compatible SPI interface or be controlled directed by IO pins.

Wireless

The C17QS modules use their LTE Cat 1bis technology and optional GNSS tracking capabilities to simplify global connectivity and tracking solutions. The MGCB1-U110 series is compact, dual band, multi-constellation GNSS receiver module. The module support L1 & L5 band GNSS. The MGCB1-U110 series provide fast TTFF time, acquisition time and up to 135 satellite channel. The module integrates low noise amplifier and high rejection filter. Sensors

The ToF-based camera CS20 offers a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and is suitable for short-range measurements up to 3.75 m.
