TDK-Micronas

TDK-Micronas ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Magnetfeldsensoren und CMOS-Integration innerhalb der TDK Gruppe.

TDK-Micronas verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Halbleitern für Sensor- und Aktuator-Lösungen. Teilweise erfolgt die Fertigung in eigenen Fertigungsstätten in Deutschland. Im Jahr 1993 gelang es dem Unternehmen als Erstem einen Hall-Effekt-Sensor in CMOS-Technologie zu fertigen. Seitdem hat TDK-Micronas insgesamt über sechs Milliarden Hall-Sensoren an den Automobil- und Industriemarkt ausgeliefert. Die operative Zentrale befindet sich in Freiburg im Breisgau. Viele Produkte werden als ASIL-Ready angeboten.

Derzeit beschäftigt TDK-Micronas rund 1.000 Mitarbeiter.
