The SiT8008B (1 to 110 MHz) is the industry's lowest power programmable oscillator. It features the widest frequency range, the lowest power consumption, the smallest size, the best stability and the shortest lead time for consumer, networking, industrial and other applications.

The SiT8009B(115 to 137 MHz) is the industry's lowest power high-frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. Its 5.5mA typical current consumption (in 1.8V) enables greener electronics without compromising performance. It provides the perfect combination of low power consumption, excellent stability, flexible operating voltage, small size and shortest lead time for large volume portable and consumer applications.

The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator for telecom, storage, networking and wireless applications. It is the industry's first MEMS oscillator to deliver 500 femtoseconds of typical integrated RMS phase jitter (12kHz to 20MHz) and ± 10PPM frequency stability across all temperature ranges. It supports a rich set of configurable features such as any frequency between 1-80MHz and SoftEdge™ EMI reduction technology that improves system performance and ensures the fastest time-to-market. The SiT8208 is 100% compatible with legacy quartz, SAW and overtone oscillators in footprint and package, and replaces these devices without any design changes.

This differential oscillator covers any frequency between 1 to 220 MHz, with best-in-class RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps. Unlike quartz or SAW based traditional oscillators, the SiT9121 is available in any combination of voltage (2.5V to 3.3V), frequency stability (±10, ±20, ±25, and ±50 PPM) and package (3225, 5032, 7050) options.
