During the last decades the company Endrich introduced successfully together with their suppliers new capacitor technologies into the European market.
Together with the former company Sanyo (since 2010 settled into the Panasonic group) Endrich is promoting since the 1980s the trademark OSCON in Europe.
During the 90s the POSCAPs followed as an advancement of polymer capacitors in chip design.
After the final transfer of Sanyo into the Panasonic group the product family of the SP-Caps complemented the portfolio in the last years.
Back in 2005 we introduced as pioneers the new technology of polymer hybrid capacitors together with our manufacturer SUN into the European market.
Due to its excellent efficiency this technology meanwhile can be found in different applications in huge numbers.
Prospectively we would like to enter further business areas of power electronics together with the company Fischer und Tausche and their trademark FT-CAP.

Since 2010 the former company Sanyo belongs to the Panasonic group, which meanwhile sells the trademarks OS-CON and POSCAP under their own name. These polymer capacitors still have a huge market share and are used in a wide variety of applications. Depending on application area the capacitors are offered in different quality ranges.

Panasonic is a world leading manufacturer of capacitor technologies. Parallel to the standard electrolytic capacitors, the solid polymer capacitors are marketed under the OS-CON and POSCAP brand (formerly Sanyo). The latest addition to the line-up is the SP-Cap series. Panasonic capacitors are used in various applications in the telecommunication, computer, building automation and industrial market.
The SP-Cap capacitors are produced with a metallic substrate, what makes the main difference to the POSCAP technology. The capacitors are characterised by an extremely low ESR resistance and are therefore particularly suitable for circuit designs with such requirements. Application areas are e.g. embedded computer systems, DC/DC converters, power supplies.
