Nagysebességű, többrétegű és nagy precizítású LTCC differenciális késleltető vonalak kaphatók az ELMEC Technology és a TFT Thin Film Technology palettájáról. Ezek Chip1210 és BGA tokozásban is hozzáférhetők.
