electronica 2010

„We can light“ was the motto of our booth at the electronica 2010. This year, the electronica had in total about 70,000 visitors. We had again the pleasure to welcome about 1 % of all visitors of the electronica. We believe that this is an excellent result.
The theme of the electronica was in general energy efficiency and renewable energies, medical and health care and electro-mobility. These subjects are considered as booming products for the next years. According to these subjects, we could also follow the inquiries of our customers and offer them many new products from our company. In a special separated light-room, we showed the new designs of LEDs of the companies Citizen, Dominant and Everlight. The visitor could see the high quality and the enormous light output of the new generation of high-power LEDs. A special highlight was the total product range of components which are necessary for the usage of LEDs, i. e. LED+lens+heat sink+power-supply. With this package, we can offer all products needed for the illumination with LEDs. The heat management at LED-illumination is extremely important especially for the high-power LEDs. Therefore, we have introduced a new heat sink in ceramics and aluminum which can work without heat-conductive foil. The LED will be directly glued on the heat sink and the electrical contact will be made by bonding on conductor lines. We believe that this is the best possible heat conduction on a reduced space area. Further speciality have been OLEDs with capacitive touch-panel and TFT displays which are readable under sunlight.
