EMLSI - Ultra Low Standby Current SRAM

The Korean SRAM manufacturer EMLSI offered Low Power SRAM's with extremely low standby current (Isb).
Available are SRAM densities with capacities of 1Mb, 2Mb, 4Mb and 8Mb in several versions and packages.
EMLSI has a lot of high class customers likes NOKIA, INTEL, ST Micro (Numonyx), Spansion and so on.
That shows a lot about EMLSI product quality.

For example, EMLSI offer a 4Mb (256Kx16) SRAM, equivalent to BSI BS616LV4017EIP55 in 44-TSOP2 packages, with an Isb of 0.25µA (!) typical. Article number EM641FV16FU-55LF. Most application, battery backup.
