Low capacitance ESD GUARD™ in 0201


The manufacturer INPAQ Technology Co. Ltd. released the compact sized EGA10201V00A3 in a very small 0201 housing.
It is designed to protect high-speed data lines against ESD transients. Because of the very low capacitance and fast turn on times it is an ideal protection device for data and transmission lines with high data rates.
The EGA10201V05A0 meets the requirements according IEC 61000-4-2.
