Low-ohm chip resistors series KRL

Susumu/Endrich provide the new low-ohm chip
resistors series KRL with improved technical characteristics.
Compared to the commercial versions of competitors the
resistive element (metal foil) is placed underneath the substrate
(‘face down‘ construction). The resistive element is fastened with
a special thermally conductive adhesive to the substrate, which
ensures for an optimal heat dissipation. The connection pins are
applied directly on the resistive element. In this way temperature
coefficients to ±50 ppm can be realized.

The special structure causes an outstanding long-term stability,
since the thermally conductive adhesive buffers the tensions,
which results from temperature cycles.
Due to their characteristics the resistors are excellent able for
automotive applications. The KRL series is AEC-Q200 qualified.
