New halogen-free 4-Pin SSOP optocouplers

Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd. introduces the 4-pin SSOP phototransistor optocouplers with the best available combination of key specifications sought after by power supply designers. These include a low-profile (2 mm), halogen-free package, high isolation voltage (3750 Vrms), minimum creepage distance (5 mm), wide operating temperature range (-55 °C  to +110 °C), multiple current-transfer-ratio (CTR) bins and high breakdown voltage (80 V). The new EL3H7-G series devices are well suited for use in DC-DC converters, battery chargers, general-purpose switching circuits and programmable controllers. Compared with conventional optocouplers, the EL3H7-G devices offer important features and benefits, including:
