Cost Effective SRAM

Endrich Bauelemente introduced a new Cost Effective asynchrone SRAM-Family. Included a 2Mbit, 4Mbit and 8Mbit SRAMs, all with X16 bus organisation.
Available packages are 44-TSOP2 and 48-BGA. Generell have all available SRAM's an access time at 55ns and I-Grade temperature range of -40°C~+85°C. All ESMT SRAM's are pin- and functionality compatible to the traditional SRAM's in the market place.

Elite Semiconductor (ESMT) acquired the Chip Technology from Cypress Semiconductor included all existing Memories base on the PSRAM Technology. A special feature is the very low standby current for the 2Mb and 4Mb Product. The internal memory construction is a DRAM technology ,therefore the Die is small but the IC functionality is a complete working asynchrone SRAM.

The combination of 2Mb~8Mb in TSOP or BGA, 55ns, I-Grade and Low Power (Isb) with PSRAM Technology is unique in the market. Customers used our ESMT SRAM have strongly cost reduction. ESMT can give a 5 years product lifetime after request.
