PolyZen device

The RoHS compliant PolyZen TM devices are polymer protected precision Zener diode micro-assemblies. The PolyZen device consists of a Zener and the follow-on electronics is additionally protected by a fully integrated resistively non-linear, polymer PTC layer. They offer resettable protection against multi-watt fault events that requires no special heat sinking.
