Metal oxide varistor (MOV)
The Metal oxide varistors (MOV) of SFI are a cost effective solution to protect the circuits against over voltage transients. Due to their soft I/V derating and high power pulse current handling they are suited for applications with a wider protection level and high energy like power supplies and power line applications.
Main Features - Size: disc ø 5mm - ø 53mm
- Voltage: 10VAC - 1000VAC
- Impulse current (8/20μs): up to 70kA
- Only wire-leaded types available
- Special types with higher impulse current on request
- RoHS compliant
- UL 1449 3rd Edition / cUL / VDE approved
