Graphic LC modules (TAB)

Raystar Optronics has an extremely comprehensive production program of graphic and alphanumeric displays. The program covers a wide range of sizes, technologies and back-light colours for the various modules.

Should a particular required display not be part of our standard program we can develop this according to a customer's requirements.

Tape automated bonding (TAB) LC modules are available in resolutions of 128 x 64 to 320 x 240 pixels. The controller is mounted on a TCP (tape carrier package). The TCP is connected with the ITO contacts on the LCD. TAB modules are extremely thin and require little space as the TCP can be folded down to the back of the LC module.
