Dear Friends outside of Germany

Our company will celebrate its 35th Birthday in these days and also I will celebrate my 75th Birthday. Because of this reason, I will transfer the official management of the company valid from October 01 to my daughter Dr. Christiane Endrich and my Son in la Dr. Mathias Würth. We have prepared this change in the management already some years ago, so that it can happen now very silent and smoothly.


During 35 years my wife and me have tried our very best to satisfy our customers and to be a reliable and trustful partner, and also for our employees an Example.


The permanent efforts of all Employees and also of the Management made our Company in the last years to a very important Distributor in Germany and in Europe.

When I look back, I have to be thankful very much to some companies which gave me already 35 years ago as a small unimportant company a chance to get their supplier. This are especially companies like VDO, Siemens and Siedle, only to mention some of the names, who gave me the chance to grow.

Also we found suppliers like Sanyo, Citizen, RCD, Semitec, NJRC and many others,who supported me with good quality, reliable deliveries and excellent reputation and innovative products, so that we could win more and more customers.

We had in the past years some problems with economic cycles, but mostly the way went up, because we had 3 most important supporters: Our employees, our customers and our suppliers, and only because of them, the company Endrich could grow up to a very reliable and famous company.

Also we could manage a very smooth and noiseless change of our management for our successors. My Daughter and my Son in law have my biggest confidence. They have already proven their management qualities since several years.



I will support the company also in future as an adviser.
The Endrich News, which you receive since over 15th years, will be edited also in future by me and occasionally I will write some comments about the daily life.

You may ask, what I will do in the future. This is very easy to explain: I will start at the oldest entrepreneur in Germany a new Business. I have founded the company Eurolighting, which I hope to manage together with my wife for many years.

The company Eurolighting was founded two years ago and is specialist in the sales of lighting products like bulbs, tubes, for insight and outside and street lamps, which are all, and without any exception, are illuminated by LED´s. This means a total separation from customers and suppliers of Endrich Bauelemente, who is selling only active and passive components and LCDs and Sensors. And finished products like bulbs and tubes will be sold by Eurolighting.

Advantage of LED operated products is energy saving of more than 50 %, long life, less CO₂ and free of mercury. Newest tests of Citizen Electronics had fantastic results, because the LEDs had a degradation of only 10 % during 40.000 h.

We have found suppliers in Far East, who produce new products which are not common on the European market and therefore no competition to the local suppliers of lamps.

With experience of over 40 years, I believe that this is a big chance to start again from the very beginning. And this may give a lot of pleasure, but also problems and I hope that I can grow up with this new company again and feel the fascination by managing a new company with new ideas, with energy and a long experience. Together with the smoke of some good cigars, this should be possible. In any case it is worth while to try it.
