CapacitorsEndrich Bauelemente was the first company in Europe which introduced Sanyo OS-CON capacitors to the European Market. In the mean time our sales for Sanyo brand capacitors including OS-CON, POSCAP, and mainly SMD electrolytic capacitors exceed two-digit Mio Euros. In 2003 we enhanced our product range with Daewoo capacitors whos streghts are mainly radial and Snap-In types.Suncon Electrolytic Capacitors Suncon has 600 employees and gains an annual turnover of ~ 100 million Euro. Therefore Sun is amongst the top ten of all electrolytic capacitor manufacturers on the world market. The production capacitance is 3.1 billion pieces per year. Suncon is the leading manufacturer especially for SMD Capacitors, where of the new series are applicable for lead free reflow soldering according to JEDEC 020C. The capacitors are ISO TS16949 certified and also AEC-Q200 documentation can be given upon request. Sanyo OSCON Capacitors OSCON stands for Organic Semi- CONductive electrolyte. OSCON realizes by it's TCNQ- or polymerized organic semiconductor-technology, big capacitance with smallest case sizes, low ESR values and long life. Because of the low ESR and the excellent frequency performance OSCON is used for e.g. as filter capacitor in switch mode power supplies. In 1981 Sanyo started with radial Oscons and expanded the product range in 1991 with SMD series. Meanwhile there are several series which are produced in accordance to TS 16949 and can be specified nearly in accordance to AEC-Q 200. Sanyo Poscap Capacitors POSCAP stands for Polymerized Organic Semiconductor. The anode is made out of aluminum foil (AP-series) or sintered tantal (TPX,TQX and THX series); the cathode is made of the special developed highly-conductive polymer. Because of the low ESR and excellent frequency characteristics POSCAP is used e.g. as buffer capacitor in the output of a switch mode power supply. Normally POSCAP capacitors are used for digital high frequency applications. ![]() ![]() Contact
